As a commitment to our customers we provide the sketch at no cost t so that you can see how we work before sending us any money.
Am I obligated to buy the dress is if I get the Sketch?
Certainly there is no obligation to get the dress if you don't like the Sketch. However our designers are fully commited to improve your look and they will run you through different sketches until we find a perfect dress design for you and the reality is that 95% of the people that get the Free Sketch end up Buying it because the improvement it's obvious.
What if the dress doesn't fit me once I receive it?
During the making process of the dress we always show pictures so that each customer can see how the dress is turning out and make sure design- wise is perfect. In the case of any fittings issues once you receive it you can always send us the dress and we will fix it at no cost.
What is the price range for a Custom Dress?
On average the price would be somewhere around 800-1300$ depending on the design and requirements. It also includes a 2 YEAR WARRANTY
